25 July 2019. The KC has published the 2019 edition of the Code of Best Practice for Judges and Stewards. 

24 July 2019: The KC has published an update to regulation F10.:
Judging Regulations and Code of Best Practice

The KC is allowing the established and the new systems to run together at present, and is working on plans for the future. In the meantime, there is a Press Release dated July 2019 which gives some information about future plans.
